gamification or something

i dont get normal enjoyment out of games anymore, that much has been apparent in the last year or so. i only no-lifed some strategy games like supcom or red dragon as it enabled me to easily go on auto-pilot to get stimulation while i day-dream/disassociate and process trauma.

now that ive healed some, that has shifted to adrenaline chasing in fps games, most notably war-thunder high br jets, it's fun, and i'm actively improving. theres been instances where i went 1v6 and won in only 10s. F/A 18C vs SU30m / Mirage / Typhoon / Mig 29 / F/A 18E. it was pretty fun and very stimulating, but after the dump i noticed that my regulation kicked in and tried to counter-act the adrenaline. interesting process & i believe its helping me heal years of adrenaline dumping from ptsd / irl situations.

thats just adrenaline & training. i need something thats stimulating for all areas of my brain. web development handles another part of stimulation, so i need to find something that combines that, occasional adrenaline, and sometimes idle moments so i can multitask / research on other monitors for various thought-chains i may have at any given moment.

modded minecraft works with create / cc: tweaked, sure but ive played mc to death. factorio works for a different aspect. rim world for an even more different aspect.

i mean I COULD just build a game over time to match these requirements, but the issue in that is textures / sfx.

i may improve on the gallery to have categories so i can just upload screenshots / progress updates to it from modded minecraft / other games (if i decide to play them, i still have a hard time enjoying anything)
